Extended Membership Benefits

Your Space Membership conveys benefits even when you are not here! If you are a member in good standing of the Columbus Space (Member or Premium Member), you can present your membership card (often called a waiver card) at a variety of businesses and other clubs and venues for various perks!

COVID 19 Special Member Usage! 

Free Private Usage

Due to this special situation, we are allowing all members private usage of the Space. This will be Special Member Usage (SMU). If you’d like to use it either to play with a partner or two, (and we will we will flex upwards slightly for a "quarantine pod.")   We welcome you and are happy to open the doors. Some guidelines are below.

SMU Allowed Activity

• If we allow it when we are normally open, we allow it for your private usage. See the guidelines here - https://columbusspace.com/policies
• Age, smoking, substance and alcohol rules will still be enforced.

SMU Cost Overview

• Free to Premium Members.
• $10 per person for Members.
• Limited pieces of play furniture are available at no cost.
• Audio and Lighting free (but to be controlled by Space volunteer)
• Tables, chairs, and furniture will be available.

SMU Limitations

• COVID electronic waivers must be filled out prior to arrival.
• Membership electronic waivers must be filled out prior to arrival.
• Members only. No non-member guests allowed.
• As per the Member waiver, you accept all risk and liability. Further, you accept liability for any damage to the Space or Space property.
• Only one reservation will take place at a time.

Note - SMU is a member benefit, and should not be published “events” created on Social Media.

I’m tired of reading - how do I reserve next Tuesday (or some other date)??

• Contact the Space Directors via email with the date and time you’d like to reserve, number of people attending, and the activity you are using the Space for.
• First come, first served. If the Space is available AND a Director is available to open/close the door, we will coordinate via email and let you in.
