This is a flowing movement class that gives your full body some love. Classes include balancing, standing and seated poses. We will be connecting breath and movement while learning techniques for cultivating physical and mental well-being. Yoga is for every BODY. It doesn’t judge you. It’s all about listening to your most intimate partner, yourself. I look forward to moving and grooving with some beautiful souls.

Beth has been in Columbus for over 9 years and digging every moment. She has been practicing different types of yoga since her college days, but only recently started getting serious about (this style). Her love of connection and community is what enticed her to share the magic of yoga and become an instructor.
