Our April Afternoon Tea will be a celebration of the upcoming Kentucky Derby. Attendees are asked to wear Derby Style Hats to honor the race day tradition. In addition, we are going to have service ponies of our own!
Our s-type service team will be wearing bits during service. Bits are being provided and can be kept by the service team after the tea. For those who really want to impress – ears and tails are encouraged.
The service team will not be charged for attending! The existing service team will determine how many servers are needed, not everyone will be chosen to be on the team each time. A special registration code will be given to those serving for each tea. Those with previous experience and those with a D-type at the table will be given priority. Our Afternoon Teas at The Space, while not quite the same as the ones in the Palm Room at the Ritz in London, are far better. They are about more than tea, pretty china, sandwiches, and cake. They are about sharing in the enjoyment of power exchange and being with others who respect the dynamics of serving and being served.
