We all feel it, that huge magnetic attraction or repelling of certain individuals. It’s not their physical appearance, so what is it? What separates those from all the others? What is that "something" that grabs us, keeps our attention and draws us back each time? What is that mysterious “attraction” or “repulsion” that we feel but just can’t explain?


In this workshop, long time sexual energy workers- Barak & Sheba - discuss, demonstrate and share exercises that help guide a person in uncovering their intrinsic sexual energy. The day starts with an overview and explanation of Chakras, Meridians and other energetic centers, including things that damage & shut them down. We will then be talking about how these energy centers effect relationships, communication and sexuality.


Bring a partner, or come prepared to work with someone. Throughout the day, we will be using individual and cooperative exercises that help understand energy and energy movement. Plus, we will be intermingling breath – ecstatic, connective, and orgastic breathing techniques for all kinds of circumstances.


Finally, we discuss and share how to develop and shift personal energy to align with intention. Then to consciously use personal energy to consensually interact and connect with self, life and others.

Barak & Sheba are pansexual, polyamorous, married partners who reside in Columbus, Ohio; with some gigantic cats. They have written numerous short stories and essays on Polyamory, Kink, and Sacred Sexuality. They have years of experience in Sexual Energy Movement, and trained together at ICSS.
